These terms govern your use of raresquaredlabs.co.uk and its connected applications: the Raresquared dashboard (dashboard.raresquaredlabs.co.uk) and the Rare² Invoice Processor (invoices.raresquaredlabs.co.uk), operated by an individual (contact: ijohndurkin@gmail.com). By using these services, you agree to these terms.
- The service
Raresquared Labs provides tools to help process and track business documents, including an invoice processing tool that extracts data from uploaded invoices and, optionally, keeps a Google Sheet in a Google Drive folder of your choosing automatically up to date with that data.
This is an actively developed, small-scale service. It is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uptime, and features may change or be added over time.
- Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Your data
Invoices, supplier records, and documents you upload remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to upload and process any documents you submit. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is stored and used.
- Third-party connections
If you choose to connect Google Drive, you grant this service permission to access only the specific folder and spreadsheet you select, in order to keep it updated automatically. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or via your Google Account permissions. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Google’s services.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Ending your use
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing ijohndurkin@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached.
- Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
