Rare² has developed its own process-discovery software and methodology to identify where businesses are losing time, effort and money.

We are now refining and validating that approach with real manufacturers, because the best way to improve it is to see how real processes actually work — not how we assume they work.

You give us the opportunity to learn from a real operating environment. In return, we carry out the Process Review at no cost and show you exactly what we find.

If we identify an opportunity where software or automation could create worthwhile value, we’ll explain the opportunity, the likely business case and what it would cost Rare² to implement it.
